Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — please contact our guest services team in advance.

Is breakfast included with the room rate?

Complimentary breakfast is included with Deluxe, Executive Suite, and Presidential Suite bookings. Standard and Superior room guests may add breakfast for a supplement — please enquire at booking.

Do you offer airport transfer services?

Yes, we offer luxury chauffeur-driven airport transfers in both directions. Please request this service at least 24 hours before your arrival so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle and driver.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a one-night charge. Group and event bookings have specific cancellation terms available on request.

Are pets allowed at Hotel Double Dee?

Well-behaved pets are welcome in our designated pet-friendly rooms with prior arrangement. A pet deposit may apply. Please inform us of your pet at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.
